We are vibrational beings and sonic healing works on the basis that tuning forks create a sound and a specific vibrational frequency that can bring our own unique frequency into natural balance, in harmony with our true divine nature.
Tuning forks are used along either the physical or energetic body to help retune your frequency.

The 'Earthing' session is similar to acupuncture (but much less invasive) as pairs of tuning forks are positioned on the body along the Chinese medicine meridian points helping the body to 'earth' and reset to a balanced harmonious state.
The 'Solfeggio' session involves tuning forks being struck around the auric field, helping the energetic body retune back to its original soul blueprint. These divine codes are subtle yet powerful keys to retuning your vibration back to its true expansive divine nature.

Eunoia Energy Therapy also run regular monthly events and cross quarterly Earth cycle celebrations helping to build community with a safe space to share. We were not supposed to go through our healing journey alone. The sacred circle we hold creates a loving container for release, growth and support.
